Yes — 100% free. Shippers can search, filter, and contact 3PL providers at no cost. We only charge logistics providers who want enhanced visibility and lead tools.
Every 3PL provider gets a basic listing with a public profile page, full filter visibility (region, services, certifications), and the ability to be discovered by shippers — completely free, forever.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free tier.
The Verified badge (available from the Starter plan) appears on your profile and search results. It signals to shippers that your company has been reviewed and verified, building trust and increasing the likelihood of contact.
When you choose yearly billing, you pay once up front for the full year and save up to 17% compared to monthly. Your subscription renews annually unless you cancel.
